First,produce ordinary steel pipes with the required welding steel pipe specifications from the steel raw materials,and then proceed with galvanized treatment.The galvanized steel pipe produced in this way is called hot-dip galvanized steel pipe,also konwn as hot-dip galvanized steel pipe.Hot-dip galvanized is the process of immersing metal into a zinc melt.To manufacture galvanized steel using this method,we need to follow four steps:cleaning the surface,flux,hot-dip galvanized coating,and cooling.

The steel raw materials are first galvanized to produce galvanized strip steel,and then processed to produce steel pipes,which are called galvanized strip steel pipes or pre galvanized steel pipes.One of the davantages of pre galvanized over hot-dip galvanized is its better appearence.Pre galvanized steel includes some steps of hot-dip galvanized,such as cleaning the surface,immersing in a hot-dip zinc bath,and the coiling process.

Hot Dip Galvanized Square Steel Pipes
Hot dip galvanized square steel pipes are engineered to provide exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, making them a preferred choice in construction and industrial applications.
The hot dip galvanizing process involves three key steps: surface preparation, galvanizing, and inspection . First, the square steel pipes are cleaned to remove impurities such as grease, oil, and rust. This is followed by a treatment with a flux solution to prepare the surface for galvanizing . The pipes are then immersed into a bath of molten zinc at temperatures around 450°C to 460°C (850°F to 860°F). As the pipes are withdrawn from the bath, a layer of zinc alloy forms on the surface, creating a protective coating.
Hot dip galvanized square steel pipes are known for their high tensile strength, which can range from 195 MPa to 630 MPa depending on the grade of steel used . The coating provides a barrier against corrosion, and the sacrificial nature of zinc protects the underlying steel even if the coating is damaged . The pipes also exhibit good ductility and can be easily fabricated into various shapes and sizes.
These pipes find extensive use in construction for building frameworks,bridge, and infrastructure due to their structural stability and strength . They are also used in the manufacturing of automotive components, agricultural equipment, and in the creation of handrails and fencing systems . Additionally, hot dip galvanized square steel pipes are used in greenhouse construction and sports equipment due to their corrosion resistance and durability .
