Product Details

	2. Both inner and outer welded stabs can be removed.

	4. Pipe can be necked down and punched holes.

Process Flow

• Winding: The steel strip is heated to 800-1000°C, and it is rolled through the winding machine into a spiral shape. The spiral Angle is controlled from 30° to 75° during the rolling process to ensure that the size and shape of the pipe meet the requirements.
• Welding: Using submerged arc welding technology, strict control of welding temperature, current, voltage and other parameters. Current: 2000-2500 A. Voltage: 30-40 V. Wire feed speed: 6-8 m/min. Weld the wire and arc to form a weld.
• Heat treatment: Often use annealing, normalizing, quenching and other heat treatment processes to strengthen the toughness and strength of the pipe mechanical properties.
• Sizing and cutting: Using the sizing machine to adjust the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, the accuracy range is controlled within ±0.5 mm.
• Surface treatment: Through this step, the pipe is cleaned and treated with corrosion protection. Generally, anti-corrosion coating and rust removal are used.
• Inspection and testing: Check whether the mechanical properties of the pipe meet the standard control through appearance inspection, size measurement, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation test of the pipe, as well as impact test and tensile test.
