What 's the processing flow of Zn-Al-Mg steel coil?
The production process of zinc-aluminium-magnesium steel coil can be divided into raw material preparation, surface treatment, forming and processing, quality inspection, packaging and transport, storage and custody.
1.Raw material preparation
Steel coil: Choose the steel coil that meets the requirements as raw material, the thickness is generally between 1-3 mm.
Zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy: as the surface treatment material, it is used to improve the corrosion resistance and decorative performance of steel coil.
2. Surface treatment
Pickling: Remove the oxide film and impurities on the surface of steel coils to ensure a clean surface.
Galvanized: A layer of zinc is plated on the surface of steel coils to form a protective layer and improve corrosion resistance.
Aluminium-magnesium coating: Coating a layer of aluminium-magnesium alloy on top of the galvanized layer to further enhance the corrosion resistance and decorative properties.
3. Forming process
Straightening: Unroll and straighten the steel coil to ensure the flatness of the plate.
Cutting: Cut the steel coils into different lengths and widths according to requirements.
Forming: Use the forming machine to process the cut coils into the required shapes and sizes.
4. Quality inspection
Appearance test: Check the surface quality of the steel coil, such as whether the zinc-aluminium-magnesium alloy coating is uniform, whether there are scratches and so on.
Dimension test: Measure the length, width, thickness and other dimensions of the steel coil to see if they meet the requirements.
Mechanical properties test: carry out tensile, bending, impact and other tests on steel coils to check whether their mechanical properties meet the standards.
5. Packaging and Transportation
Packing: Use protective film, cardboard box and other materials to pack the steel coil to prevent damage during transport.
Marking: Mark the product name, specification model, production date and other information on the package.
Transportation: Use forklift or lorry to transport the packed steel coil to the designated place.
